Not only is Rick Slaughter a family man who loves spending time with his wife and kids both in town and on the muddy trails, but he is also a trailblazer in the mortgage industry! He facilitated the opening of his own Guild Branch in downtown Orting working with his amazing team turned family, Brittany & Marcell. Time spent outside of Guild Mortgage includes civic outreach at the Haven Teen Center and his current position running for the school board keeps him connected in the community. Rick is focused on supporting families and individuals in enjoying their best lifestyles through comfortable homes, community programs, and a freedom-focused school board platform.

My Faith Has Led Me To Partnering With Awaken America Movement!
My faith is the third component of my mission/purpose/life that ties in 10 years of annual easter egg hunts, Christmas Giving Campaigns, pre-marital financial counseling, and financial classes I created and taught at church called "Money Matters" to help others get out of debt and get a step ahead in life! In 2021 I became involved with the Evangelical Team, Awaken America Movement and these are my people!!! We are going to be doing revivals all across the country and it all started here in Orting!
